These terms govern your use of Prasuv, operated by Last Door Solutions Pvt. Ltd. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Prasuv provides an API and developer portal for astrology, numerology, and related calculation services. Outputs are provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. See our Disclaimer for details.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Prasuv. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Exceed rate limits or attempt to circumvent them
  • Share or resell API keys
  • Use the service to build a competing astrology API
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying calculation logic
  • Use the service for anything illegal or harmful
  • Attempt to compromise the security of the service or other users

Subscription and Billing

  • Free plan requires no payment
  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
  • You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice for existing subscribers

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. This includes monthly and annual subscriptions, partial periods, and unused requests. We offer a free plan specifically so you can evaluate the service fully before upgrading to a paid plan.

If your subscription is canceled, your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again unless you resubscribe.

Your Content

Birth data you submit remains yours. We use it only to perform calculations and cache results. You can delete this data at any time from your dashboard.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, abuse, or non-payment.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Last Door Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Last Door Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Specific jurisdiction will be confirmed in a future revision.
