Last Door Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us") operates Prasuv (prasuv.com, api.prasuv.com). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

• Account: email address, password hash (bcrypt)
• Birth data you submit: date, time, location, name, blood type (if provided)
• API usage: endpoint called, timestamp, response status, response duration
• Billing: Stripe customer ID, subscription status (payment details are handled by Stripe, not stored by us)
• Technical: IP address, user agent, request IDs (for rate limiting and security)

How We Use Your Data

• To perform astrological calculations you request
• To authenticate you and manage your account
• To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse
• To process subscription billing
• To send transactional emails (verification, password reset, billing updates)

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
• Amazon SES — transactional email delivery
• Railway — backend API hosting
• Vercel — frontend hosting

Your Rights

You can access your data, export it, or delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Account deletion removes your personal data and revokes all credentials. Some data (usage logs, billing records) may be retained for legal and accounting obligations.

Data Retention

Account data is retained until you delete your account. API usage logs are retained for up to 12 months. Billing records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.

Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. API keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes. All connections use HTTPS. We never store raw payment card details.

Cookies

We use httpOnly session cookies for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
