How do I get an API key?
Create an account, verify your email, then go to the API Keys page in your dashboard.
What are the rate limits?
Free plan: 100 requests/minute. Starter: 500/min. Pro: 2,000/min. Limits reset every minute.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to Billing in your dashboard and choose a plan. Checkout is handled by Stripe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the Billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
All payments are non-refundable. We provide a Free plan with full API access so you can evaluate the service before upgrading.
What if my API request fails?
Check your API key, request payload, and rate limit headers (X-RateLimit-Remaining). See the API docs for error codes.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings in your dashboard and click Delete Account. This permanently removes your data.
